Hotel is consistently welcoming, attractive with a varity of amenities. Courteous & helpful staff.
Hm, when the power went out but it was quickly handled and nobody's fault. Twice the glasses and tub/shower pad were missing when room was clean.

A lovely hotel in an excellent location with lovely grounds. It's placed near a variety of wonderful restaurants and upscale shopping in beautiful settings. Rooms are attractive and comfortable and both staff and other guests were friendly. We did not eat in the hotel but there was a fabulous Christmas brunch set up that was beautifully set, attractive with excellent food all being enjoyed by couples and families of all ages. A great visit for us! read more

Soft drink machines were empty, no refrigerator in room.

Good neighborhood, lots of shopping close by, could benefit from a more attentive management.

Wonderful beading, excellent pillows.
No coffee pot, mini fridge or microwave. Charged for Internet.

If you don't want any free amenities besides shampoo and soap, this is not what you're looking for, so a long stay is difficult. However, the beds were as good as they get. So if all you want is comfort for sleeping, this is your place. Quality and Comfort inns, however, offer more amenities for less money. If you eat out and are a senior, who often brings back leftovers, you'd better have your own cooler. read more

Conveniently located for us, while our home was being remodeled.
Tub not clean (mold), bathroom caulking loose in spots.

The room had dark draperies for sleep experience.
