Bedding could be improved. Pillows were of poor quality and no blankets.

I've stayed at this location on more than one occasion and the first stay was the best. Overall I am satisfied and this location is close to the office.

Cheap.
Wanted criminals and prostitutes next door, pornography on TV

this hotel was shady as sahdy can be. the first thing that popped up on TV was pornography, followed by two more channels of it. Also, prostitutes and a wanted felon were arrested from the rooms on either side of ours. i would not recommend this motel to anyone traveling with children. i wouldn't suggest this motel to anyone.

Close walk to downtown Brea and the Improv.
The rooms are a bit small.

The staff was nice and polite, the rooms were clean though small. The best part is you can walk out of your hotel and right to downtown Brea. It's really close.
