Valet parking was good
Elevators were horrible.

Seems a little tired, especially in the decorating area, but functionally just fine for one night. The price was right for sure.

Location. That was it!
Restaurants. Rooms. Overall experience.

Our room had not been cleaned up after the prior occupant. We were given an upgraded suite as a result, but the suite was a disappointment as well. It was right by the parking garage which made it hard to sleep, and the TV did not work. On our second night we attempted to eat at the Pizza Palace, but ran into several issues. After placing our order (3 salads, a wrap, and two appetizers), we watched for the next 40 minutes as other people were seated and had their orders taken and food delivered. Finally, one of the members of our party (a restaurant manager) went to the back to find out what the problem was. The ticket for our order had fallen behind the printer, and so our order never made it in. This was questionable as the restaurant was not that busy, so you would have hoped the waitress would have been following up on the orders for each of her tables. On top of that, after taking our order and bringing our drinks, the waitress never returned to fill our glasses until much later in the evening after the food situation was rectified. Fortunately our party member took action, otherwise there's no telling how long we would have sat there waiting for the food. 15 minutes later, everything arrived... except for the house salad one of the party members ordered. A couple of minutes later and that was out. After all of that, you would have thought that some measures would have been taken to compensate our party for the long wait and the order mishap. Not the case. The same party member who took action before, once again stepped up to say that this was unacceptable. The waitress took it to the manager, who waived two beers off of the check (about 10% of the value). We told her that it was not good enough, and had her bring over the manager. He proceeded to blame us rather than listen to the situation, but finally agreed to go back and remove one more item. When he came back with the check, he told us $32 had been taken off the bill and left. Lo and behold, i read more

Location.
Old and ratty.

The location is perfect and that's all that really matters when you're in Vegas. We didn’t spend much time in the room and that's why we knew it was a good deal to stay there. Also, it’s affordable and has everything you need for a weekend in Vegas.

Location perfect.
Exterior.

I'm very displeased with the hotel reception staff. I was told my room gives perfect view of the strip, but the entire balcony was blocked. Seemed he gave me the room since I'm new to US.

Location.
Bedroom smelled like a smoking room.

For the value of my money this was a good place to stay. it is located on the strip min the amount of money spent in taxis. the staff were extremely friendly.

On the strip.
Confusing parking, difficult parking entrence, slow elevators, dim old outdated decor.

The hotel was good for the price but the star rating was deceptive because it definitely wasn't a three star rating besides the fact that it was on the strip. The actual location is great because it is in the middle of the strip. The hallways are really small and the flooring is really old looking and shabby. Bed was comfortable. A good stay for money savers but more of a two star than a three for sure. read more
