Went with low expectations, the staff made the hotel a 5-star.
They could have changed the breakfast. It was the same every day.

After staying there, even though the rooms are small, I loved it there. The staff was so helpful, friendly and genuine.

Tiny rooms, staff not willing to accommodate my extra guest.

This is a two star hotel with tiny rooms.
I ended up not staying there, but renting another hotel. Staff would not help me with my extra guest.

Friendly. It's possible to know the city just walking - very well located. Even located in the noisiest avenue ever, we didn't hear any single sound.

Had free internet and good location.
Everything else was awful.

The staff was unpleasant, the food in the breakfast buffet was cold and not fresh, the hot water did not work one night (and wasn't fixed until 10 hours later), bathroom floor was peeling and cracked, metal hanger on light in room, dust and spider webs in the corner. Avoid this place.

The staff was friendly and helpful. It was also a central location for sightseeing.
The hotel needs to be updated. It is extremely small and basic. It's a motel experience.

If you're looking for a basic hotel with a central location, this is a fine choice. There are no frills here. The staff is helpful if you need directions or assistance booking tours or excursions.

Great location. WiFi fine. Double glass made room very quiet with great view.

dirty; little storage.

Great location. Double glazing meant quietness with great view of Avenue 9 de Julio. Room didn't feel like 3 star which is what I recall it was to be. My feet got dirty from the room's carpet. The desk never had any change which limited leaving tips for staff. Wonderful breakfast included.

Ok location, right on 9 de Julio, near downtown. The hotel has seen better days. Specially the rooms. I had to change rooms the first night because the heater was on and there was no way to turn it down. Opening the window created a draft from my room out. So the temperature rose instead of dropping. I called the manager on duty and they changed my room. From then on the stay was a lot better. However, the carpet on the second room was as dirty as the first. I don't know if I would stay there again. read more

The location was very convenient.
Everyone tried to be helpful.

The hotel was fine although the room was fairly small. The TV was adequate although it was used only as background noise. The shower needed to be retiled.

This hotel is way overpriced. Our room was very small and very noisy. The staff not helpful when we asked for directions. The free breakfast was just ok, nothing special, whereas our attempt to use the restaurant failed (when we arrived, tired, at 9:00 PM it was closed - it was supposed to be open from 8:00 PM to 10:30 everyday but no one was there - we ended up going to another hotel and used its restaurant). read more
