Broken patio door, bathroom doorway did not accomodate a walker. Coffee, TP & towels were not replenished. Loud neighbors at 2 a.m...

The clerk was friendly and did try her best.
It was dirty and very run down.
I was placed in rooms that had not been cleaned. They changed me to rooms that they claimed were cleaned but were still nasty. It had a very musty smell, only two towels which I would classify as hand towels and one washcloth, the tub had black stains, it was truly nasty. Oh, and the pool was green with bricks in it.

Close to attraction!
Dirty, No fridge, Stinks, and staff isnt friendly.
There was no fridge...I have never been in a hotel with no mini fridge, even the $20 ones! The only good thing about the hotel was the closeness to Universal. Staff wasnt smiley or very friendly.

Exceeded my expectations, beautiful entry way!
Rooms were a bit outdated, but very clean!
Highly recommended! Beds were comfy! I will stay again.

It had great location for Universal and Sea world. Good for 1 or 2 nights.
Floors in hall were stained and discolored. Seemed to need a good overhaul.
The hotel was close enough to Universal that a cab ride was $10 including tip, not bad if your planning on indulging a little bit. Cheap enough if you have a budget. Entrances to rooms are inside so it feels pretty safe. Hallways a bit noisy.

Convenient location.
Seemed outdated.
This is close to the theme parks and can walk to restaurants. Their are two beds and a bathroom. They did have smoking rooms available which was a plus. It's good value for the money.

We liked the warmth and guidance of the personnel.
The installations were a bit old, dirty rugs on the hallways outside of the rooms.
We felt very comfortable at the Imperial Swan, The personnel helped us with anything we came up with, and the bus rides to the park were such a great deal, even though they picked you up too early from the parks. But overall it was so worth it! Nice for a low budget trip!

Most hotels around offer breakfast, this is a feature that they should offer.
Moderately nice, rooms need to have some repairs, Sliding door to patio did not open, tiles in bathroom falling off wall. Not major but just stuff that people see and judge. The shuttles to theme parks did not have. Beds were wore down they were lumpy from wear stops. AC was great they had it running didn't come into a hot room. Overall not bad, I was disappoint most about the shuttle service to cut out parking cost and time. read more
