Hotel Guest Reviews of the Indian Wells Resort
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.March 15, 2010
Really liked the place. To stay there for the big tennis tournament at Indian Wells this time of year, it's perfect. Low key and genteel. I would very much like to stay there next year. One little surprise was that you don't pay the $20/day resort fee.

I would not choose this facility for future stays. I was directed that a 20.00 charge was mandatory for the breakfast (not good at all) and to cover the subsidized happy hour, at outrageous prices. $ 38.00 for 2 small glasses of wine, and 2 cocktails. The room was large, however the carpet was dirty and quite stained, giving a less than adequate first impression.

Room needed deep cleaning. Lots of spider webs, in room phone filthy. Mattress was awful, and pillows flat. In room coffee maker broke. Thought I had paid all fees. Was hit up with additional $24 at end of stay. Will not go back. This is not a resort. Cigarette butts all over my patio. Dirty

This is not a resort but a dated 3 story motel. Beds were very uncomfortable, bugs in the bathroom, motel was in overall rundown condition. Hotel staff fails to disclose the $20 a day resort fee. We would not recommend this motel to anyone.

It was a nice hotel. The breakfast buffet was adequate, but not outstanding. It was safe and clean. We went in January, and the hotel and room were a little hot. I was never able to adjust the room temperature control correctly. The Internet was hard to get. When I took my computer to the lobby I found there was an Indian Wells Hotel Internet connection, which I did not see in my room. After I connected to that in the lobby, I was still connected in my room, so the Internet was OK after that. Overall, I was happy with the hotel. I didn't like the resort fee.

I enjoyed this hotel. We got a free suite upgrade but the room and hallways were a bit old smelling and musty. There was a continental breakfast included.
