The staff was amazing.
Could hear the patrons above us.

Very pleasantly surprised. We had a great time.

Cleanliness, comfort.
Additional $18 added for resort fees per room (2), didn't use the resort at all but still paid it.

Overall, it was good for us. Due to the size of my family (8 people), we were split up in 2 different rooms. The place was clean and I felt safe. However, upon check-out, I was charged an additional $18 per room for a resort fee and only had 4 complimentary continental breakfast vouchers. We ended up going elsewhere for breakfast.

Great value for the price.
Resort fees that were extra. Should make this part of the basic price.

Great value for the money. Large pool for families. Rooms were larger than normal with features that match a 3-star hotel. I did not see that hotel was a 4-star resort hotel.

The pool.
I did not like most things about the hotel.

This hotel was definitely not a three star hotel. It was more like a two star hotel. I feel like I overpaid for the stay, and am not happy.

Quiet location, friendly staff, free breakfast.
Rooms were run down, pool was dirty.

While this is a good quiet location at a fair price, the rooms were older and in need of upkeep. We had a huge stain on our carpet and noisy (unbearable) air conditioning. The pool was cloudy with lots of floating debris. I guess you get what you pay for...

Location was great, staff very friendly, wonderful pool.
Little short on staff. No answer at room service one night, and the double beds were small.

The pool was the main focus of this hotel. It was warm and big and the kids especially loved it. The lounge was great to watch sporting events and the sole bartender/waiter did a great job. The staff was friendly & helpful but they could have used more help. We tried calling room service one night and they never answered after many tries. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay.

The rooms were spacious and clean.
The food was overpriced and not that good.

The hotel lobby was beautiful and inviting, and the rooms were spacious. The rooms were clean, but the tub and shower were small and the beds were hard. The pillows were thin and not very supportive. There was a magnifying mirror, hair dryer and coffee maker in the room, which was nice, but they were skimpy on their cream and sugar to go with the coffee. Check in and check out were fast and easy and they offer free continental breakfast with your stay. The continental breakfast was acceptable, but not great. Dinner was available in the lobby restaurant, but it was overpriced and not that good. The pool was large with plenty of lounge chairs for guests. There was a small bar at the pool for guest convenience and there was a restroom by the pool, as well, which was also quite convenient. The pool, however, was quite cold, which would have been fine in the summer, but with the cold weather, it wasn't convenient. In general, the staff was very friendly, but there were a few that were not customer oriented. Housekeeping did a good job cleaning the rooms, but failed to replace the shampoo, conditioner and lotion when it was used. They also left us with the same bar of soap for the length of our stay, which was 3 nights. read more
