Excellent restaurant and wait staff.
Poor bar and associated staff.
Excluding the bar and staff, the hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful. Location is nearly perfect and the public features of the hotel are thoughtfully placed and of high quality.

Loved the atmosphere, the location, and the excellent staff.
There were toddlers in the lounge and restaurant brought by inattentive parents who whined, kicked and screamed for entire meals.
Beautiful, cozy living room lobby - spent a Sunday afternoon in front of the fireplace, reading papers and playing a board game. Lovely dinner in Luminaria, the hotel restaurant - excellent service and food. Staff was warm, efficient and welcoming - everyone, from housekeeping to valet parking attendants to wait staff, was absolutely professional and friendly. Can't wait to return! read more

Location.
Over priced.
The hotel was very disappointing for a 4-star. Not only is it vastly overpriced, they had the nerve to charge $12 for the use of an umbrella with it was raining. Pathetic behavior for a so-called 4-star. Even motel 6 doesn't charge for the loan of an umbrella.

The location was perfect, and everything was within walking distance.
$18 valet parking.
Great room with wonderful bed, very quite hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Nice bathroom with two sinks, robes and slippers. Wonderful covered patio which allowed us to sit outside even in the rain.

Location.
Multiple mix ups and disappointments during our stay from incorrect keying for our room, credit card swapped with another guest.
Location is very good, but the rooms are very dark, and the service was mediocre. Multiple mix ups by hotel staff from keying for wrong room to mixing up our credit cards with another guest. Big disappointment for the price.

Room with a view of the Chapel.
Too dark. Coffee cup not available and there was extra fee.
Lovely ambiance, helpful concierge, and great views.

Great location.
Hidden service charges destroy the concept.
Nice for a remodeled hotel. Rooms kind of dark. Great location. $18 a day parking
and $12 a day Service charge. I understand the parking charge. It's in the middle of town and you don't need to bring a car. But the service charge destroys the concept. What's the sense of blind bidding for a hotel with hidden charges?

Great location; friendly staff.
Room was small, bathroom dated, no view or balcony, parking seemed expensive.

location.
Additional service fee plus additional parking fee. It's like a surprise increase in price 20% once you arrive.

The ambiance was perfect and the staff was excellent.
Our stay at this hotel was perfect. The decor is beautiful, the staff is attentive and friendly, the bed was comfortable and it is in a great location for tourists.
