The location was perfect, and everything was within walking distance.
$18 valet parking.
Great room with wonderful bed, very quite hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Nice bathroom with two sinks, robes and slippers. Wonderful covered patio which allowed us to sit outside even in the rain.

In a great location.
Management and staff was horribly rude and unhelpful in many ways.
I absolutely would not recommend this hotel. While the room and the building were nice, the staff and lack of customer service, made it totally not worth it. There were only 3 employees in the entire hotel I would have hired to represent my company, as far as the front desk staff, concierge, and hotel management they should all be fired for the lack of customer service and support. read more

Nice room, excellent view.
No warm welcoming lobby. It was all corridors and shops, -some empty.
This hotel is a clean, well-located mid-range (3.5 star) property. Views from upper floor patios. The lobby is difficult to find and the entrance has no welcoming community space. Only valet parking is available, but other parking is located within walking distance.

Good service, friendly staff.
Rooms need redecorating - old and worn for this level hotel.
Great location, good service, worn decor. You can get a much better hotel for the same price.

The location and decor where beyond expectations.
Could use a morning coffee specific area for people who are not eating breakfast.
Overall experience was 5 star. Great room with plenty of amenities, free internet, great deck with view, and location.
