Bugs in the bed, hallway stunk, unfriendly staff.

I asked to be moved due to the stench in the hallway on the 3rd floor and the desk clerk was very sarcastic at first she said she wouldn't move me then she did, Couldn't tell me how to connect to the wireless network, and was just an unpleasant person. The mattress was so hard I only got 2 hours sleep that night.
