Views, moutains surroundings.
Too pricey for the room, for the age, condition of the room.

When we arrived
I was charged an additional $5.00 per day service fee. The bed linens were not rhe best.
The hotel was very nice for the money. It was conveniently located near the entrance to Grand Teton National Park. It was a 15 minute from Jackson Hole. In Teton Village there was a variety of restaurants to choose from. The Tram Ride was awesome. The bed linens could have been a better quality. Beware they add a $5.00 per day fee. I would recommend this hotel to friends.

Ice Machines didn't work
This would be a great hotel for skiing. For a summer destination it is isolated from many activities. Resort restaurants were expensive. As a single female traveler, wait staff ignored me. Ice machines were few and difficult to find and only one worked. I reported to staff and was told that folks fill up their coolers in the morning. However, that doesn't explain why there wasn't any ice at 7:00 at night. If they know folks are doing that, then get better ice machines are have one just for coolers. read more

The location was beautiful.
There was no elevator service to our floor and they did not repair the toilet.

Adequate if sking is your goal.
Too far from town; no restaurant; needs updating.
This hotel is a 3 story structure on the side of a hill located in Teton village; this village was developed for skiers as the lifts are a few feet away; out of season, however, you are on the side of a hill with nothing to do; the rooms are adequate but dated; TV's are old, some lights didn't work; the heat switch on/off button was missing-hotel worth the price.

Nice view of the mountains.
Dirty rooms.
The construction around the hotel is annoying. The new hotels block the scenery. My room was not ready when I arrived at 3:45 PM.

Price was very affordable; loved the down beds and cleanliness. Very friendly.
We were on the first floor and somewhat noisy from upper level and side rooms.
Very nice and clean rooms. There were three of us and we had plenty of space.

Location.
All in the entire hotel was clean, wonderful bed. Near where we wanted to be. The building we were in was old and not as updated.
