Moderate prices, limited feature, five-story hotel, 97-rooms, interior corridors, rooms with two-queens and/or king. Non-smoking guest rooms (smoking available upon request), pets accepted. All rooms have in-room coffeemakers, irons and boards, data ports in all phones, free local calls, free covered parking for hotel guests, cable television with premium channles, AM/FM radios, individually controlled heating and air conditioning in all guest rooms. It was conveniently located close to the rail system.
Despite attempts to cover, rooms and hallways smelled of smoke.

Staff was helpful. Hotel, however, was old and in need of renovation. Despite attempts to cover old smoke smell, rooms, hallways, and lobby smelled like smoke. Parking garage was not secure.

Broken toilet seat, soiled carpet, and in need of paint.

Great access and location, but sorely in need of up keep.

Right next to the MAX line, like jets taking off outside your window all night.

Sad, but try to sleep with the noise and loud grumbling never expected I could be awake that long , before sleep. Cheap in every way, and I regret it and will never be that cheap again.

Great location next to the light rail.
Elevators and hall carpets were in pretty bad shape. Bathtub didn't drain properly.

Good bargain; easy access to light rail; friendly staff; aging building.

The front office staff was very helpful.
The balconies were not really balconies.

This hotel was a great value considering its proximity to the Portland Convention Center and environs. Parking was also FREE!
