The outdoor terrace on the top floor
The overnight parking charge

The rooms were nice, service was great, location was great. And the outdoor terrace on the top floor was a nice surprise to find. We enjoyed spending the evening up there.

Unfriendly staff, small washrooms, dirty carpets.

The location of the hotel was great. The carpets were filthy, the sheets had holes in them and the air conditioning was very noisy. They should continue with their renovation and may be they should also renovate their unfriendly staff.

Extremely rude staff. It was astonishing how rude.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The desk clerks were extremely rude and the room was overpriced for what it was. Basically a Motel 6 with a renovated lobby to make it seem like a sophisticated Downtown hotel.

The staff was incredible rude and unhelpful.

The location of this hotel is the only thing it has going. The staff was rude, curt and oblivious to both those facts. Coming from New York City, I thought Chicago would be tame in terms of rudeness but I have never been treated like that in a hotel as a paying guest. One staff member stepped on my foot while running to get in front of me at the elevator while I had all my luggage with and never even apologized. Location was good.
Bathroom was a bit odd - chair in shower.

Overall it was fine. Not the most posh hotel but good enough for a quick business stay.

Great location! Very friendly staff, clean and great little bar.
Small bathroom but adequate.

Super location with helpful and friendly staff. This hotel is small but very clean. It has a great little bar with friendly and helpful bartenders who will give great advice about the city.

Very clean and comfortable beds!
No restaurant - not in store - gift shop - no place to buy some thing to take up to the room to snack on.

Great beds, sleep well in this quiet clean room. No a place for kids and great for business.
