The hotel and the decor had much personality. Very Warm.
The parking was a bit tight.
A great place to stay in Santa Fe, with great ambiance. The amenities are many and the stay was wonderful. I would definitely want to come back to this wonderful place. Being in the heart of Santa Fe made the location of the hotel really convenient. Parking was a bit tight for a larger SUV, but I always did find parking. The breakfast was simply wonderful. Great value!

Free Sherry at 4, warm pool, great location, friendly staff, nice room.
The five of us loved this charming hotel, so close to The Plaza and museums and shopping. Very friendly staff, free sherry, nice warm private pool, charming room, free parking, free internet, refrigerator, bathrobes - all adds up to more than a three-star hotel.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic. The hotel had Santa Fe style. Very warm pool.
Not much. Wi-Fi was poor.
The flowers were beautiful. The breakfast was terrific. Parking was tight but free.

Outdoors restaurant and lobby romantic, free and good quality breakfast and hot chocolate in eve.
Outdoor pool and corridors, motel-like rooms, bad toilet.
Outdoors restaurant and lobby romantic, free and good quality hot breakfast and hot chocolate in eve. Good walking distance to center of town. Room furnishings were interesting but room was small and motel-like. Toilet clogged and overflowed. Outdoor corridors cold in winter! Outdoor pool should be enclosed for winter like the patio was.
