The location.
The check in procedure.

I arrived at 11:30 am. I was told there were no clean rooms available until 3 pm which was check in time. At 3 pm there were about 20 people trying to check in
were told that the rooms were still not clean. Many people that had reservations had to wait until 4-5 pm to check in or were turned away all together. The manager was very rude and acted like he could care less.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating.
The location is in a somewhat older part of town and away from the new restaurants.

The staff was very helpful and friendly and the breakfast buffet was quality traditional southern cooking. The hotel itself is older, but has been updated in the past few years. Its location makes it difficult to turn left out of the entrance across 5 lanes of highway. Also the next exit down the interstate is where all the new restaurants are and new chain hotels are more conveniently located there. read more
