Description of Inn & Suites Of Smokies
The Inn of Smokies is located just off I-40 at exit 407, The Gateway to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. This Pigeon Forge Area hotel is within 10 miles of Dollywood, Dixie Stampede and The Black Bear Jamboree Theatre. We are only minutes from Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains. The Bass Pro Shop is just off this exit and three of the largest shopping malls in the Eastern U.S. are just minutes away. read more

Room was comfortable and balcony was nice.
Provided breakfast was not even worth eating, no juice and only waffles or cold cereal.

The location.
The indoor pool was closed.

The place is located close to the interstate, yet far enough away that it is quiet. It is pretty, clean and reasonably priced.

The staff was very nice.
I requested a smoking room - in my reservation didn't get it. Bathroom was dirty.

The staff was very nice but I did not get the type of room I requested and the bathroom was not clean to my specifications.
