I loved the view - stellar.
I would have loved a hot tub in the pool area.
This exceeded our expectations. The views from the hotel of the surrounding city and outlying Pioneer Valley were wonderful. The room was clean and the public areas comfortable and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. We have a 20-month old son - it was a very family friendly hotel.

The service at the hotel restaurant was deplorable.

Location, real quick access to major highways.
Waitstaff really shorthanded in the hotel resteraunt. Waited 15 minutes at bar before being acknowledged.
God hotel for staying in the area. Lots of points of interest within an easy drive. Resteraunt needs more than one person working in it.

Response of staff to fix air conditioner.
Dangerous locale, police arrests performed in parking lot.
If desperate for a place to stay at low price, this might do; not suitable for young children; a bar at the hotel's roof brings a great many riff-raff and dangerous looking people riding up through the hotel's elevators.

Bed was comfortable and clean.
Took half hour to check in. Restaurant was closed (entire 3 day visit). Breakfast/lunch bar in lobby closed (entire 3 day visit). Bar served basically beer and burgers. Internet connections were medieval. The most limited cable TV selections I have ever encountered in a hotel stay.

Location, price, free parking.
Disinterested staff, more like a Motel 6.
Bed was pretty comfortable (but a bit uneven & noisy), shower was good, staff was disinterested at best, location is good (downtown), parking is free and seems safe. Not a bad hotel, not a real good one.

This hotel is in a extremely poor location and is surrounded by a highway!

Room was very clean, allowed early check in.
Business center out of order, restaurant horrible.
Man at front desk seemed overwhelmed, unfriendly but did let us check in 1/2 hr early. Room was clean & furnishings were good. Waited 45 minutes for restaurant staff to take order and there were only 2 other occupied tables in the place. Food, appetizers & drinks came out all at once. My food was way undercooked & inedible - paid and ate from the vending machine instead. read more
