Great location.
The hotel was a great location for our needs, however the rooms were just so-so. Unfortunately we had to wait over 5 hours after our arrival time to get access to our hotel because of an event going on within the city and directly in front of the hotel.

View from the room was lovely, beds and pillows were comfy.
Luxurious and upscale are the only two words that come to mind when describing this hotel. A great place to stay for a weekend in Chicago.

Very stunning entrance. Rooms are lovely.
Bathroom hot faucet handle was broken. The pipe moved sideways, up and down. It was awful, but we did not complain.
The bathroom hot faucet handle was broken, which the maid had to have noticed when cleaning the the sink. It was unacceptable. The parking was outrageously expensive. We were not prepared to pay $53/night, plus the tips involved with taking advantage of the in/out privilege, which made us feel very uncomfortable because obviously the valet who took the car from us expected a tip and the valet who brought the car to us expected a tip as well. As much as we enjoyed your lovely hotel, we would not come back because of the parking situation. read more
