The room was decorated very nicely and was very comfortable and modern.

VERY nice and comfortable hotel. They have the coolest rooms with really neat art and beautiful small details that make it feel just like home or like a fancy relaxing spa. The bathrooms are amazing!!!

The decor was different and modern.
The desk was too small. There was no bath tub in the room.

For a traveler looking for something different, this is certainly the hotel for you. I have rarely been in a hotel that had a more modern decor. The staff was quite friendly, though I did wait almost 5 minutes before someone showed up at the front desk (there was no one there). The room was comfortable and beautiful. The bathroom was nice, though I generally prefer a tub/shower instead of just a shower (nice as it was). The desk was too small for my use. For a vacationer, it would likely be a perfect room. Without a tub, I'm not sure how helpful it is to families with smaller children. For business people needing desk space, a regular room might be problematic. read more

Incredibly beautiful rooms for the price, outstanding.
They lack a hotel restaurant and spa/massage/jacuzzi/steam room/pool.

It was a 4.5 star hotel with 3 star amenities. The hotel staff was awesome, they all dressed very professionally and treated me as if i was in a 5star hotel paying 2thousand a night. They accomodated my every need including calling in a massage therapist from a local place to rub my pain away. From door men to front desk to room service they rocked. They need an all night restaurant and a spa/steam room so travelers can relax the stress away. Oh and a hidden gem is the view from the top of the parking garage. read more
