The artwork; staff knowledge and friendliness.
The $22/day parking fee.

Acquired this hotel and was pleased. When my 14year old and I arrived, we immediately noticed the artwork and the streamline of the property. Checked us in and our room was fabulous. Each bed and pillow was fluffed; light fixtures and bathroom were clean, dust free and overall inviting. Every time my daughter and I strolled through the lobby out to shop/eat or in from the Aquarium, Field Museum, etc. We were greeted by name and with a smile. read more

Parking is very expensive, some problems with the mini fridge charges.

Ultra modern and extremely friendly staff.
I felt out of the place having our 14 year old with us, not a family hotel. More for professionals and couples.

I would highly recommend to business travelers or to couples traveling without children. Everything was high class and very clean. Every staff member was more than extremely friendly and friendly. On the other hand, my husband felt he was looked down upon whenever he left the room.
