Location.
The AC system.

We arrived at the hotel in late evening. When we prepared for bed we found the room temperature to be uncomfortably warm. So we adjusted the thermostat as low as it would go and waited for the room to cool. It never reached a comfortable level. We reported this during checkout but all the attendant said was I'm sorry.

Every day, housekeeping tried to avoid making up my room.

For a 3 star upscale hotel, the staff was slow to clean up after the partiers from the evenings. There was trash in all of the elevators until mid-day.

Friendly staff, spacious rooms, responsive to my requests, nice pool, free parking.

Hotel Intercontinental was a great place to stay. It was clean, easy to get around, friendly staff, great pool area, and spacious rooms. It is a great place to stay and I will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful hotel. Staff attentive. Valet parking only available on certain days, not sure which.

The staff on duty
late at night were excellent!
The Mary Kay convention caused way too much noise. They were yelling in the halls outside of our room by 7:00
am on Saturday.
