I would have been great in 1975.
Small room, broken beds, very outdated.

The room was very small, the beds were oversized singles, they were also broken. No water pressure, tub did not drain. TV
was old and there were very few channels, hotel lobby smelled like paint all the time.

This hotel is dated and no way reflects a four star. There was no service at pool and the jacuzzi didn't work and there was trash floating around. The fitness center was nice not great and the rooms were smaller than it's sister hotel in Houston.

Location in dallas area.
The thermostat would not adjust to cool off the room and we had 2 sleepless nights because it was too hot!

Enjoyed the lounge area, beds were comfortable we were very upset over the thermostat as it is uncomfortable to sleep hot. I assume that the over all system was switched over to heat for the winter, but we needed the cool button to work as this area is considered the south and the weather in unpredictable - it was hot in our room. We were awake all night.

It was so beautiful! Picture perfect, we had a great stay.
They only had one washcloth in the room each day! Four towels were provided, but only one washcloth!

My 7 year old daughter and I took a weekend shopping trip and stayed at the Intercontinental in Dallas/Addison. The lobby was breathtaking and the room was just as beautiful. We stay at 4 star hotels regularly, but were pleasantly surprised and impressed here. Great stay.

Nice location, clean, public parking access was good.
There was no soap in the room upon arrival.

Conveniently located to galleria.
Bathtub seemed old, took long time to drain. Clock did not work and front desk could not fix it.

This hotel was conveniently located to the Dallas Galleria, which is where we spent much of our time.Our bathtub took around 15 minutes to drain and the tub seemed old and dingy. My clock was blinking the wrong time and when we could not fix it and called the front desk, maintenance could not fix it either and never solved the problem.
