We've stayed here before, and we like the location and price. It is always quiet and the beds are comfortable.
The room decor and hotel lobby look a little dated. We couldn't find vending machines, and the gift shop wasn't open while we were there.
We have stayed here several times. We like the convenient location, the quiet hotel and the price is always great through Priceline.

The pool was the best of any hotel I have been to.
The hotel is large and quiet during the weekdays. The lounge was nice but dinner at their restaurant was mediocre. The room service food needs work. The pillows were too puffy and inflexible. The pool was spectacular and the staff was friendly.

The front desk staff were extremely helpful and nice.
There is not enough free parking available.
Beautiful and elegant hotel with beautiful and comfortable rooms. I do think that there needs to more free parking available. Either that, or do not charge to park in the parking garage.

Pretty floor in lobby and check in area. Good location.
Lobby was always under construction, room temperature was
hot!
Probably would not stay there again, nice location, but room temp control not working very warm at night, huge area in lobby empty no lounge no restaurant, just an empty huge hotel area. Has great possibilities but have stayed there over past 8 years several times, and it always looks under construction - rooms were nothing special, good Rusk personal care items and nice addition of Starbucks, but not open several times when we were interested in going there. read more

Clean, classy, friendly.
No towels by the pool.
The lady at the front desk upgraded us at no extra cost to a suite when she found out there were five of us and a standard room wouldn't work. Great customer focus!

Very nice staff with a convenient starbucks in the lobby. Hotel was very clean.
Toll roads.
This is a great hotel for all. Central location is great; rooms were nice but needed microwaves. The staff was professional and having Starbucks in the lobby was nice. The only down side to me was the toll roads which were very good highways but, the only way around for someone from out of town not knowing the back roads.

The entertainment in lobby.
One of our rooms
AC did not work properly staff said it was working and it would be cooler during the night but that did not happen.
The Hotel was
OK but not a 4 Star hotel in my opinion. If I would have wanted a 3 Star hotel I would have been expecting what I got. I most likely will not stay there again.
