The public areas were spacious, well decorated and clean.
The rooms are small and the double beds are too small.
For one or two guests the rooms would be adequate, but for two sharing a bed, the beds are too small.

Parking.
This hotel is awesome. The staff on every level is simply unbelievable. Updating could help, like better TV, but all in all, it is all wonderful and I would not want to change anything that would endanger its present performance.

It has been updated and extremely comfortable bed & bath, amenities.
Required cost of $10 per day for garage parking.
The staff was accommodating and pleasant. Hotel location in Addison is convenient to both highway and town.

Very good location.
Difficult to enter the access road from the south drive if you are going to make a left turn on Beltline.
Overall a pleasant stay, and would consider a return trip in the future.

It was an excellent location and a pretty hotel.
The breakfast buffet was not good. Service was poor and the food was cold.
Other than the breakfast buffet, every thing at the hotel was good.

Towels were plentiful and every problem was taken care of quickly.
Lighting was low.
Nice room, good quality sheets and towels, great staff, good food, and very convenient to everything we needed. The area was safe for outside exercising.

Smooth check in, spacious room, nice continental club breakfast.
Had a fire drill but it was announced as an emergency - had to evacuate from 15th floor.
The hotel was nice, pretty, convenient, a good buy for the price. Bed was comfortable but not as great as Westin or Hampton. Elevators shake. Slight musty smell in room at first. Staff friendly & efficient. Frig would be nice also. Would go again.

Nice location, beautiful place for a 45th wedding anniversary, amazing Sunday Brunch, friendly &expert service. A Must see!!!!!!

Convenient to Galleria shopping, antique malls & George Bush Blvd & room was exquisite.
Would like lighting in parking lot to be a little brighter.

Staff was friendly and quick to answer our needs-as in for additional coffee!
Air conditioning was very cold or stuffy feeling-we could not seem to adjust it accordingly.
I was hoping for a bit more romantic getaway. The Bristol Lounge was not as I felt was advertised. It was not a piano bar with live music for dancing or listening- there was no live music over the weekend we were there. For a 5 star hotel, this was disappointing. The bed was comfortable, though. It was our 25th anniversary celebration, and the gentleman at the counter was going to send up champagne, although we never did receive any. It was just an OK experience We preferred the Embassy Suites to this. read more
