Great location at the top of the Spanish Steps.
Very small rooms.

Location was great, very close to subway and walking distance to central major attractions. Nice enough hotel and rooms were small but standard European fare.

Outside dirty, front desk not friendly.

Arrived early and was able to get into room. When asking front desk information personnel were not at all helpful.

Friendliness of staff and location.
View from the room, but it was expected being in the ancient city of Rome.

5 out of 5 stars and it was a pleasure to brag about our hotel when our friends complained about the poor service and grouchy staff at the Star wood resort and another similar luxury hotels. We were proud to recommend this hotel to them for their next trip.

Nice hotel with excellent staff located at the Spanish steps. The room that I stayed in was nice and the roof top terrace had a great view. I would not rate this hotel as a 5 Star. It is a 4 Star at best.
