There was no
choice
for say harbor views to allow us to compare prices. This should be altered in future to allow guests this choice.

Small pool.

The hotel was beautiful. The welcoming lobby with beautiful floral arrangements, the lounge areas were relaxing, spacious and luxurious. It felt good to be there. The staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again.

The staff was superb in their accommodation of our requests.
Hotel room was dark, viewless and noisy (adjacent to work room) .

Elegant and well-maintained building with inviting public spaces. All the staff we dealt with - particularly in the business center, concierge desk and the club lounge - was professional, accommodating, friendly and welcoming.

The cleanliness of the hotel and room, the friendliness of the staff.
Was not in a central location.

I would return to this hotel in a flash. The staff was very friendly, the hotel decor was upscale, the room was clean and well appointed. My room had a horrible view but I don't travel to Hong Kong to stay in the room and look out the hotel window. The location was a little off the beaten track which is actually nice as it was good to remove myself from the hustle and bustle at the end of the day. read more

They didn't have a non smoking room so upgraded me to a harbor view.
Restaurants and bars were very expensive.

A great price for a luxury hotel in Kowloon.

It was clean, beautiful interior, great views of Hong Kong Island across the harbor and helpful and friendly staff.
About a 15 minute walk to the Star Ferry line.
