It has a good restaurant; our room was clean, and the staff were friendly.
Location

I like the waitress we had in the hotel restaurant. She's very friendly and helpful with our choice of orders. She's even knowledgeable on German wine.

Fabulous staff and lovely location along the alster.

Great value. The only reason you can get reduced rates is the weakness of the dollar and its proximity to the US embassy-which has torn up the street in front of it as it reinforces itself. Great staff and wonderful facilities (room service, gym, etc).
