Hotel staff was AMAZING
Dirty dishes from room service in halway in afternoon

First room was a smoking room and smelled disgusting so concierge got us another room within 5 minutes. New room was beautiful. Was surprised to see room service plates, glasses, and dishes in hallways so late in the afternoon.

The reception desk and door host
The middle of the week room cleanup was inadequate. Supplies were not ample for two people. The restaurant staff was poor.

On my way to my room I stopped by the restaurant to get two desserts to take to my room. After 20 minutes I finally spoke to the matre' de. After 10 more minutes I went to my room without anything. Unfortunately, this overshadowed the excellent performance of the lobby and desk personnel who were extremely helpful.

the staff was wonderful and the hotel was clean.
paying for valet parking. thats extra

the hotel was very clean and upscale. the staff was very friendly and warm. the staff went out of there way to make you feel welcomed!!!!!!!
