My room was not completely clean. Wish they had early a.m. coffee service.

Excellent location. Very attractive hotel with beautiful public space. Nice, knowledgable staff.

Paying for Internet.

I still do not understand why a hotel such as this charges for Internet access. In this kind of times, business travelers do not want to come up with the extra $13 for a night for internet access.

Location of parking garage and price.

I stay in Baltimore 3 or 4 times a year for the past 15 years. This was my first time at this hotel. It was very nice, except the parking garage was a bit of a walk to get to hotel. Its next door but not really attached easily to hotel. No big deal. Bar was nice, but there was no place in the evening around 9pm to buy a candy bar or snack. I like when hotels have gift shops that stay open. read more
