"Take advantage of high tea at Brightons" say caffeinehounds who enjoy the "great bar and lounge" at this "family-friendly" chainster's new restaurant; the views of the Inner Harbor are "lovely", there's a "nice" indoor pool and hot tub, and the staff is generally "helpful", notwithstanding a few who say the service "isn't always up to par."

Crappy room coffee maker. Powdered creamer.

Gorgeous luxury hotel with spacious bathroom and sleeping area. Extremely comfortable beds and pillows.

Hotel is run-down - you can tell it's on its last leg. Needs to be completely remodeled.

Hotel staff was AMAZING
Dirty dishes from room service in halway in afternoon

First room was a smoking room and smelled disgusting so concierge got us another room within 5 minutes. New room was beautiful. Was surprised to see room service plates, glasses, and dishes in hallways so late in the afternoon.

The location was great. Very close to the harbor and to Camden yards. Never needed to use my car.

Great location. Everyone on staff was very friendly and professional. Parking was extremely convenient. Nicely appointed. I would go back their in a minute. Thank you.

Good location at inner harbor.
Pay for internet.

Stayed overnighton way to Washington DC. Property upscale, feels like your in the white house. Parking is a pain, no easy entry into hotel. Also must pay for internet, parking overnight -$26, bottle of water in room $5. For upscale hotel these should be included.
