The staff was very helpful.
They did not provide any courtesy transportation.

Nice hotel, easy to get to. Very helpful staff. They did not have any courtesy transportation. This hotel was not real convenient to activities on the lake shore. (Browns games)

Lousy service, could not get cab or breakfast in less than half an hour.

It is not at the Cleveland convention center.

The staff members were all quite friendly and helpful. We were greeted everytime we passed a staff member.
My husband dislikes always having to use the valet to get to his car.

The Inter-Continental is a beautiful hotel with well decorated rooms, comfortable beds, and a helpful, friendly staff. We enjoyed receiving the Cleveland Plain Dealer every morning and had delicious, well priced breakfasts in the cafe.
