I was prepared to be very disappointed in my room since I bought and paid for it without knowing what hotel. Blow me down! We were absolutely thrilled to stay at the Intercontinental. They treated us like queens. The place is fabulous and the service is better.

Nice attractive hotel, friendly staff, comfortable rooms.
Parking was outrageous!

Hotel was quite nice but parking was outrageous at $27 per day for valet parking. Self park was $16 overnight but if you left the lot you had to pay again per hour which was $8 for the first 2 hours! Ridiculous. I parked next door at the Sheraton which had much cheaper parking.

Professional courteous staff, nice upscale atmosphere/location.
No alternative to pricey parking.

This hotel is nice. Upscale atmosphere and location. Concierge was helpful staff is professional. The ONLY con was that valet is $26/night and self park is $16 with. No alternative.

Location was great.
Staff was unhelpful at times.

Overall, great hotel. Parking very pricy. Location is awesome. Found it ironic the hotel did not have a can open when I needed one to open my newborn's formula. Bed not as comfy as expected.

Very fancy hotel. Clean except for bed sheets
had
stains.
Not family friendly, I found stains on my bed sheets, there was no soap in the bathroom, I was put on hold for the operator every time.

Fancy hotel, not family friendly, clean but not consistently clean.
