Very attractive sitting area outside the front door.
Paying for internet access and the high price of parking.
The bed was VERY comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and elegant. The staff was friendly and helpful. The exercise room is great and there's no extra charge for it.

Every staff member I spoke to was EXCEPTIONAL, from the valet to room service!
LOVED everything!
The hotel is beautiful. The facilities, dining room, hotel rooms, etc. are wonderful. I can not say enough about the staff. Every single person I spoke to was friendly, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. They all went out of their way to be of service. I have stayed there three times now, from a single night to multiple nights and I will stay there every time I visit LA.

Good west side location. Excellent staff.
Parking too expensive. Water too soft. Maids sometimes missed replacing towels and washcloths.
The Intercontinental Los Angeles century city was a very beautiful property in upscale but quiet Century City. The staff was excellent and did not have an attitude. The room was good sized and had a nice outdoor balcony. The bellman even recommended that I use the mini bar as a refrigerator and assured me that I wouldn't be charged for touching anything in it. My biggest complaint were that they parking was excessively expensive at $35/day and the closest street parking is about 1/2 a mile away. Also, the water was much too soft and you felt like you were still covered in soap when you get out of the shower. The location on the West side of Los Angeles was very convenient to many of the business centers and attractions of Los Angeles. read more

Huge room, sincerely warm staff.
Expensive restaurant and room service.
Impressive lobby and bar. International clientele. Beautiful room with balcony (not facing the street) in the hotel's Superior class. The staff is truly gracious and sincerely warm, helpful. I would definitely recommend the Intercontinental.

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at!
I didn't like the $32/night valet charge.
This hotel is amazing. My room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom had a separate bath tub and shower which is great. I loved the balcony that had a table and chairs on it. I also loved the flat screen LCD TV and windows that ran across half the room. This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.
