Parking was valet only and expensive.

This was a great hotel for what we wanted to do in Hollywood and Santa Monica. Staff was super nice.

It was very clean.
The pool was closed our entire stay. It was in a high rise, office type area.

The hotel was very modern and clean. The location was a bit sterile: in a high rise, office building area. Our room was very nice with super linens, a balcony and very nice bathroom with granite counter tops. The lobby is lovely, very upscale. They need to change the outdoor chairs on the balcony, they were falling apart. Also our room was next to the elevator and I could hear it at night. The pool was closed for some kind of maintenance the whole time we were there. read more

As long as it was within range, great. Hotel provided a driver to take us anywhere.
Nothing I did not like.

Staff was very helpful and very polite, restaurants were all great mall was nice even to go eat. Beach not to far if you like the bus wish I had more time to check out Rodeo drive and Fox studios driver was ready to drive us and he was polite and very professionals.

The Intercontinental does everything right - from valet, to check in, to food, services, and attitude - they're top drawer!

Fantastic Hotel for business travelers, families, or romantic getaways. I travel all over the US, and this is one of my favorites!

Great service.
Not in a great walking area.

Our room was very spacious and comfortable. We had two very young children. They loved the cribs and little kid's chairs at the pool. The service was excellent, concierge was very helpful. We had an excellent experience overall.
