Excellent location for restaurant, shopping ,transportation accessesibility, and the staff are polite and really to assist you for your needs in no time.
Restaurants in the hotel are a bit pricey as compared to a more fancier rest nearby.

For a luxurious, comfortable, hotel like this. It is a bargain I intent to check in again next time I pay a visit to Manila.

Location is preferred. Hotel lobby is beautiful.
No wireless internet in the hotel.

Hotel is nice but room size is a bit small.

Really bad mildew in the bathroom walls.

The housekeeping staff does not seem to clean the bathroom walls. There is a lot of mildew. We have stayed in the manila intercom several times and this mildew problem is always there. The hotel is great in other respects except for the cleanliness of the bathroom due to the mildew.

The pool was nice.
Walls are thin, very noisy neighbors, hotel didn't quite it.

The staff was friendly, nice hotel, but they should have better security. They have no concerns about other guests. I made many complaints at 12:30 am, 1:45 am, 3:00 am to management. They should have kicked these people out. I had no sleep, my flight left for America at 7:00. They gave me one night free lodging and a free ride to the airport. This hotel should screen their guest more carefully these people could have been terrorist as far as I know. Their security should be on top of any complaints instantly, nice hotel, bad security and management. read more
