Great location and a friendly staff.
Parking was too expensive.
Accommodations were good, but I did expect a little more as far as linens quality. Carpet were kind of old and bath towels smelled. For a hotel like that they should have better housekeeping care. Overall, I had a good time staying there, but parking rates are outrageous! Its $34 per night plus you have to tip the valet every time they get your car.

Great location and views.
It's aged a bit since my last visit. Discolored furniture/old television.
It's a wonderful hotel with a great location. However, it looks a little dated in comparison with other 4 star hotels I've recently stayed in. The staff was a 10, other than the front desk. The person I dealt with was not so friendly. However, the restaurant employees, housekeeping staff and room service staff were very kind.

The bathrooms in the hotel were large, and the beds were comfortable.
The pool was between two large buildings so you were sitting in shade if you were by the pool. Also the water in the pool was very cold.

Great location & very convenient.
4- Star hotel should have an amazing shower & a flat screen. Neither here.
Great hotel with a nice view and clean lobby with a very convenient location. 20 dollars for internet is dumb its a 4-star hotel!

No hot water during entire stay.
Over the course of 24 hours that I was at the hotel, there was NO hot water available in my room. Lots of stories and excuses but no hot water. Hotel was unwilling to compensate me for my bad experience.
