Beautiful rooms, wonderful oceanfront areas, and a very friendly and accomodating staff.
We really enjoyed this hotel. The rooms were very nice, and the staff was friendly and accomodating. We really enjoyed happy hour on the ocean-front patio where the outdoor fireplaces were lit and the staff was happy to light heaters and bring blankets. It was a wonderful stay.

Location and nicely upscale, excellent service.
Pool and spa were very small, no self parking.
The service was excellent and they did a great job at accommodating our room requests though they would not confirm until check in. Beautiful and convenient location and rooms were very clean and upscale.

The hotel was very spacious and luxurious.
The hotel was very crisp and new. The rooms were spacious and clean. Location is wonderful and the views of the bay were fantastic.

Would be nice to have a separate vanity area from toilet.
This was easily the nicest, most luxurious, and most comfortable hotel I've ever stayed in. Got a great price on Priceline, so I was expecting to be put in the basement, but we got a great room with an ocean view. The bathroom is huge. The staff was friendly and obviously well trained. I was amazed at how a hotel can be so fancy and yet, so unpretentious.

Difficulty in parking vehicle - just use valet service...
On Cannery Row - great location (parking was the only drawback). New, clean, a pleasure for our time and money.

The hotel service people were very cordial and helpful.
I liked everything.
Fantastic experience. The room was great and cozy, especially with the fireplace. Location is perfect walking distance to great dining. Also, lots of shopping in the immediate area.

Good location.
Deceptive advertising; significant price increase for peek of a view.
Nice hotel in good location; however, there was a significantly higher charge for an Ocean View room with balcony, that turned out to be a view that you had to stand in a particular spot to see from a one foot wide steel balcony. Our first room had a view of the faux corrugated tin wall of the Bubba Gump Shrimp company. After complaining we were given a room in a slightly better location up one floor. Had we known that Ocean View meant that you have to take turns standing in the correct spot to see it we would have saved ourselves the extra $125 per night and stayed in the lower priced room. read more

Customer service.
New hotel in excellent location on Cannery Row. Sea view rooms are available, though not all rooms have great views. The staff is extremely customer service oriented and actually work to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are beautiful as are the public areas.
