This is really an elegant hotel, very centrally located.

Staff was helpful; valet parking only $20, which I didn't think was bad for the heart of Monterey's Cannery Row.

Location was excellent, next to Aquarium and right on ocean.
Parking is $20/day.

This hotel is new, beautiful and right on the ocean. It has wonderful areas to sit and watch the ocean and to get drinks. It has fire pits on the patio.

Not in main hotel, but across the street.

Nice hotel, but cold reception area. No view rooms unless paid upgrade cost, even tho they were not busy at all. That is why we went in mid-week and in school year to beat traffic, etc.

Only had breakfast but just O.K.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The room was very nice. Fireplace and a balcony that we could see the ocean from. Hopefully we will be able to go back next year.

Cleanliness and friendly staff. Convenient location to Cannery Row. Beautiful ocean views.
Location of self-parking is not suitable for Disabled or Seniors who are unable to walk distances.

Highly recommend this hotel as a 4-star. Greeted warmly by
staff. The rooms are spacious - however, little amenities other than bottled water and coffee. Great ocean view from the restaurant and surrounding facilities.
