Gorgeous lobby, beautiful restaurant and attentive service.
Considering our room was on the club level, it was fairly small and had minimal natural light.

Perfect for business travelers
because the hotel in located in the business district,right near the convention center and the hotel itself is geared towards businessman (i.e. full travel kits in the bathroom, large business center etc.); concierge goes out of their way to assist you.

Conveniently located downtown, elegant, friendly, comfortable, welcoming.
There was an extra charge for WIFI. For a 5 star hotel, this should be included. I have stayed in budget hotels with free WIFI.

I really liked this hotel. The staff was very friendly and informative. When I arrived after a very long drive from Toronto, I felt welcomed by the front desk staff. The check in process was very smooth. I loved it when they asked me what newspaper I preferred in the morning. The public areas were clean and I felt safe in the parking lot. The decor is very elegant. The rooms were very nicely decorated with a 40 inch flat screen TV and an IPOD Dock. I thought that was a very nice touch. The only thing that I was disappointed with was when I looked up, I noticed some cobwebs dangling from the ceiling. I didn't think that was acceptable. I was also disappointed that for a hotel at this price scale that the WIFI was extra. read more
