Loved the ambiance and customer service.
Water was too hard. Our skin was constantly dry and irritated. Soften the water.

Great hotel to stay at. It truly presented itself as a luxury hotel. Would highly recommend.

Close to old Montreal, comfortable.
We accepted the offer to extend our stay and our key got reset after our initial stay.

Good location, friendly staff, excellent restaurant. The Tapas bar is quite affordable.

The room was contemporary and well appointed. Down comforter, flat screen, spacious and quiet.
The hotel was too far from the center of the city. We we on the 21st floor with a view of another room perhaps 20 feet away. Expensive Wi-Fi.

I would stay there again. It was worth the money and the staff was extremely friendly. The room was beautiful and clean.
