I would stay there again. It was worth the money and the staff was extremely friendly. The room was beautiful and clean.

parking, need multiple elevators to get to room, lousy view even after paying for upgrade

Location is nice, but a bit overpriced for the amenities. Rooms are average, although the entire hotel is very clean. Not family-friendly in that you must take a staff-run elevator from the first floor to the lobby, where you then take a second set of elevators to your floor. There are escalators, but these are not convenient to travelers with small children in strollers. Room service is grossly overpriced. Views from so-called "deluxe" rooms are substandard. read more

Location and room were excellent. Metro entrance was close.
Common areas were horrible. Corridors had funny smell.

Good: The room was very nice, beds were in great condition, bathroom was well designed and had great fittings. The radio had an IPod dock. There were English channels on TV. Bad: Funny smell in corridor; lobby area is under construction. Internet is not free.

Great location, friendly staff and newly renovated rooms, the down side was - still some renovation work on site that cause some inconvenience.

The room was spacious, beautiful, my children loved it.
Pool as a lap pool therefore did not seem suitable to take my children.

The room was beautiful the employee. We dealt with on check in Oliver professional, helpful and enthusiastic. However we wanted old Montreal and this was more of the business district, difficulty finding reception but they were under construction.

Staff, decor. Pool was tiny but clean, not great for kids.
They are going through a major transformation and while they did the best they can under the circumstances, the experience was very disjointed.
