the staff was very accomadating. Special needs were attended to. Location was excellent. Gym open 24 hours.
Room could use more lighting.. Internet was pricely ($15/day)

I would highly rate the hotel. The staff was very accomadating. Beds were very comfortable.

The hotel was undergoing major renovations and was a bit inconvenient but we only stayed one night so not a big deal.

The room was clean and the beds were good.
The public spaces were deplorable, the staff arrogant.

When the renovations to this hotel are complete it will most probably be a 5 star. As it is, a clean Best Western in a good location would be more enjoyable.

Lobby congested because of renovations.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay and would recommend the hotel to others. Although the front lobby was congested because of renovations it worked and was quite understandable.

Very pleased with the room and staff. Should have been informed a head of time that the hotel was under construction and that the restaurants/bars were not going to be open.
