Excellent comfort, services, cleanliness, efficient, helpful warm and friendly and secure.
There is nothing to be said here.

Despite it's size, this hotel has managed to personalize service and to give to guests the kind of warmth, attention and excellence usually found in smaller charming establishments. The bed and bathroom are exceptional in comfort, size and cleanliness. It was a pleasure to stay here.

The location is great for visiting Old Montreal and the rooms are quiet.
The 12 level underground parking and long route to reception-hard with luggage.

Other than the need to use stairs an escalator and two elevators from the garage to the room with luggage - this hotel is great.

The location was close to Chinatown, and we enjoyed using the fitness center and the pool.
Our view was unexciting, the valet parking was expensive and slow at times no microwave, no free local calls.

Our overall experience was excellent. The elevators did not go to the main floor and the valet parking was disorganized at times. The concierge was helpful and so was the fitness attendant. We were visiting relatives and missed free local calling.

Customer service.

Overall, the hotel is an awesome place to stay. However, they do not stick to the promises. After I got the hotel, I called the hotel and asked for a room with 2 queen bed. When I went there, they refused to give me 2 queen bed rooms and I had to stick with one single king size bed. The manager at the reception was very un-cooperative.

Parking was not accessible.

Nothing to report.

Although we stayed only one night, it was very comfortable and the people were anxious to please.
