The renovated rooms are very nice & high tech.
The hotel lobby, front desk and common areas are still under construction.

The InterCon is a very nice hotel, and even better after the renovations. The staff is attentive without being intrusive. The room amenities included an iPod docking stereo, 40+" flat screen TV, safe and mini-bar. The only issues were the mini-bar auto-charges the room if an item is moved, and the wireless was so bad that I plugged in the cable.

Newly renovated rooms, very clean, friendly staff.
It was a bit far from St. Catherine's etc. But manageable.

Great hotel! Friendly and helpful staff, very accommodating. Very clean rooms, good size to them and huge bathrooms.

Location and cleanliness.
Dark rooms, no place to accommodate staff in bathrooms.
Toilet too high.

Well located hotel, nice clean rooms, nice people. No space to accommodate stuff in the bathroom and toilet too high ! Rooms too dark (lack of light inside). Parking was not included in the price but there were many places outside the hotel to park the vehicle.

Liked the location, the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel. Great service from the concierge.
Our room was hot and stuffy. We found it difficult to sleep.

We enjoyed our stay at the Intercontinental in Montreal. The hotel is conveniently located in charming old Montreal within walking distance of great restaurants, shopping and art galleries. Hats off to the concierge who recommended the Bonaparte restaurant for dinner, where we had a fabulous meal. Our room was a good size, but we found it hot and stuffy and difficult to sleep. Overall enjoyed our stay. read more

I liked how the hotel was close to the Bell Center. I enjoyed the mini bar selection and the snack selection.
The prices for the mini bar were way too expensive.

The hotel met my expectations. It was everything I wanted it to be needed it to be. I would definitely go back

Very helpful staff/great location/beautiful rooms, lobby.
Pool and exercise facility under renovation and we were not informed. construction at 9 am in the morning disturbed sleep.

Everything about the hotel was perfect except for the fact that we were not informed about the renovations taking place. If we had known, we would have stayed at a different location with a pool.
