Everything about our stay here was amazing, the room was very attractive, comfortable and every contact we had with the staff was perfect, room service was also amazing, we only stayed 2 nights, but we thoroughly enjoyed both of them!

Expensive food. No free internet.
Classy hotel with helpful staff. Hallways and guest rooms are a little outdated, but well appointed. Very comfortable beds. Basic rooms have larger than average overall space, especially bathroom/shower area. Good location, close enough to restaurants/bars, but far enough from the noise. Food/beverages are overly expensive. No free internet access. Expensive parking.

It was nice, clean, and close to all attractions.
The hotel restaurant need more staff. I have been there several times and my food has takes for ever and it is sometimes cold.
The hotel was great and I would stay there again.

The hotel staff was very helpful with checking-in & out, gave us good directions.
My friend and I wanted to be close to Bourbon Street, the hotel was a few blocks away & within walking distance to the casino as well. We had a blast, we had done a lot of walking. Slept very well in the comfortable beds.

Couldn't guarantee a room with double beds, had to switch rooms.
