Comfortable, clean rooms, and good location.
The service was great. The hotel staff was very accommodating and allowed us to check in at 10:30 a.m. since a room was available.

Keys to door didn't work 4 times. Manager upgraded us to club level with free breakfast and cocktails/ appetizers in evening. Very nice.
Lighting in the WiFi area in the lobby was too low.
Clean with well furnished rooms, comfortable beds and very nice staff. Keys to door not working for 4 separate tries and we were upgraded to club level. Very nice and more than made up for any inconvenience. I would go again and this time pay for the upgrade. Really nice place. Parking $25/day.

Location, and a good corner room.
Very late check in, didn't get to be close to friends' rooms.
Loved the corner room, everything was good, except had to wait 2 hours to check in and didn't even get the room we requested. But overall, it was well worth the Priceline price.

Good location, and friendly staff.
No free Wi-Fi or high speed internet in the room.
Quality you'd expect from an Intercon hotel. Would stay again. Only complaint is that the ceilings in the bathtub are a bit low.

Nice rooms with lots of space.
Not many options for parking.
The hotel was great! My only complaint is that there was no free parking (unless you were lucky enough to find a parking spot on the street, not very likely on a weekend night). Other than that, the hotel room itself was great and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The elevators came quickly.
Front desk staff was extremely unprofessional and rude.
Called the hotel 10 minutes after making reservation through Priceline, to book room with double beds. Front desk clerk (FDC) said we had a room with 2 beds waiting for us when we would arrive 8 days later. Upon arrival, FDC says he only has a room with a single bed for my son and me to sleep in. I informed him about calling 8 days prior and being told we had a double and he says very tersely and succinctly, that was just a request then sighing heavyly. Unprofessional behavior such as that does not warrant the star rating they have. You get better treatment at a youth hostel overseas. I will never stay at that hotel again! read more

It far exceeded my expectations. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
There wasn't anything I didn't like.
I would stay here again if I ever travel to New Orleans again. The price through Priceline was unbelievable.
