Good service at the front desk. Friendly staff.
The beds were all really soft. I woke up every morning with back sore. Room cleaning service was inconsistent.
Great value for the price. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room cleaning staff is not diligent in replacing amenities and vacuumed only once the whole 7 days that I was there. My biggest complain is the soft beds. We had 3 rooms and all of them have really soft beds.

The helpful, polite, and very professional staff.
The size of a double bed.
The hotel is in a great location relative to the sites. Staff was completely professional and polite. Facility was very clean and safe.

The rooms were fantastic. The lobby area was absolutely beautiful. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Cleanliness, comfortable, friendly, beautiful.
Everything was super elegant.
The hotel was the best I have ever stayed in the city of New Orleans. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who will be traveling there.

Bang for the buck.
Lobby is awkward, and elevator only goes to 2nd floor, not street level.
This hotel great for business, not so good for families.

Nasty, stinked, dirty, paid for 4star,spent night at 1/2 star.
I booked a 4star hotel, when I went there , they told me all the rooms were booked because they had convention, that's not my problem. They substitute a hotel 4 me which was supposed to be a 3star, but looked 1/2 star to me, dirty stinked, room was not clean look like a crack head motel. Worst experience, they did not have a manger that I could speak too. The girl was rude at the counter (four point Sheraton in metairie,la on veterans blvd, off the hwy). Would never go back there again even for free. read more
