Very nice hotel, good location, nice restaurant and
friendly.
Can't think of anything that wasn't perfect.

This was a very nice hotel and a nice experience. The location was right in the heart of Merida and convenient to many locations.

This hotel is elegant and very comfortable not to large that you feel you are lost in a crowd.

The beds were very comfortable.
The pool wasn't heated, no restaurants nearby.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was great to come back to at the end of the day!
