Great, friendly service; especially for those who don't know Spanish.
I thought the breakfast was overpriced.

If you are traveling to Hondurus and have little mastery of Spanish, then this is the hotel for you. They are great about helping you find your way to the airport, bus stations and local spots. They can also help with getting a taxi. I would very highly recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. I had traveled to San Pedro Sula with my fiance and her sister (March 8 - 14). Only one of us had a partial understanding of Spanish, but that was no problem at the Real Intercontinental, everyone there spoke Fluent English. The only thing we tried at the restaurant was the breakfast and that was great. I just thought the price for it was way too much. I also thought that charging an extra fee for the internet use was too much, given the high level of amenities for the hotel. I just can't say enough good things about the folks at the Real Intercontinental San Pedro Sula. read more

Location and tours were available from concierge office.
Safe, hair dryer, lamp was not working/broken. Could not get maintenance to fix/replace.

Good location, decent food and plenty of taxi cars were available. Didn't like you had to walk through the main lobby to the pool and spa/gym.

Their soap.

Very convenient to central area. Wonderful workout area and pool. Rooms a bit small but very clean. We hosted a party and they were very accommodating to our needs. Would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Honduras in San Pedro Sula.
