Intercontinental San Juan Resort Spa & Casino

The hotel has very friendly staff and very attentive. The pool area and the access to the ocean beach was just awesome.

The hotel was very nice and I would absolutely stay there again.

The San Juan Intercontinental Hotel met every expectation that I had. The staff was professional and courteous, all the amenities were first class (workout facility, pool spa, and bars), the location was perfect and allowed for options for entertainment, dinning, and other activities.

The shower drain was clogged with hair and show was filthy. A sharp odor was present from under the bed. The hotel tried to amend with wine and cheese gifts, but the beyond the facade there is filth.

Great location, nice amenities. Food service was a little slow. Excellent pool, casino, meeting facilities.

I was amazed at how beautiful this resort is. The pools and hot tubs in the back of resort are amazing with water falls and the Splash Bar is to die for nothing like basking in the sun, drinking a Bacardi bomb, drink while laying in the pool. Want a drink just float on up to the bar. Staff even waited on me while laying on private beach. Got a massage at the spa that was amazing. Room was super clean and bed had tons of pillows and a great view of ocean. The Concierge at the hotel is super friendly and becomes your friend during your stay and knows every where to go and how to get there and what is fun and not super helpful. Won $400.00 in the casino and right next door is a great night club. Get Sushi at the Japanese restaurant onsite the food is top notch. Will definitely stay again. A+. I say 5 STARS! read more

Wonderful hotel from its island living feel to its accommodating staff. The restaurant was delicious, the pool was inviting, and the architecture was exquisite. Being right on the ocean made for a memorable experience. The complimentary internet was a nice value. Our stay here was wonderful and we would not change a thing!

Have stayed here before and love this hotel. This hotel is one of the best in Puerto Rico.

As a business traveler and traveling solo I would not recommend this hotel. Also hotel reminds me of a an old building that has been re-painted to many times. Staff is friendly but hotel needs a major overhaul.
